Terms of Service

These Terms describe gdrivexcentralbox, a privately operated integration used by its owner to access and manage files in a Google Drive account using rclone.

1. Description of the service

gdrivexcentralbox is a personal integration for authorized Google Drive file-management tasks. Its public website is informational only and does not provide a public file-hosting service, user registration, or hosted application interface.

2. Permitted use

The integration is intended for private, owner-authorized use. The owner must access only Google accounts and files for which the owner has lawful permission and must comply with applicable law and Google's terms and policies.

3. Google authorization

Connection to Google Drive is subject to Google OAuth authorization and the scopes granted by the account owner. Google access may be revoked at any time using Google Account settings. Google Drive itself is provided by Google, not by gdrivexcentralbox.

4. File operations and responsibility

File transfers, uploads, downloads, modifications, and deletions, when configured, are performed using the owner's system settings and permissions. The owner is responsible for reviewing commands, maintaining appropriate backups, and protecting account credentials and stored files.

5. Availability and warranties

The integration is maintained for personal use and is provided on an as-is basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. No uptime, technical support, or uninterrupted access is promised. Google APIs, account permissions, network connections, or server configuration may affect operations.

6. Third-party services

The integration relies on third-party technologies, including Google Drive, Google APIs, and rclone. Their applicable licenses, policies, and terms remain in effect independently of this document.

7. Privacy

Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated if the integration's functionality or operating conditions change. The latest version will be posted on this website.

This is an owner-operated personal project without a public support channel. The owner's Google Cloud project contains the relevant OAuth consent screen contact information.
